In his new role, Luce is responsible for\noverseeing the strategic planning for airside operations at Memphis\nInternational Airport (MEM) including airfield management, communications\/\ndispatch, emergency planning, aircraft rescue firefighting, public safety, and\nairport security. He has been with MSCAA for nearly 15 years, most recently\nserving as Director of Procurement. Prior to joining the MSCAA, Luce worked for\n5 \u00c2\u00bd years for the engineering firm Fisher &amp; Arnold, Inc. He is a licensed\nProfessional Engineer (P.E.) and an Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) of\nthe American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). Luce received a Bachelor\nof Science in Civil Engineering from Christian Brothers University and a Master\nof Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Kenneth-Parrish-edit-697x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27873\" width=\"141\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Kenneth-Parrish-edit-697x1024.jpg 697w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Kenneth-Parrish-edit-204x300.jpg 204w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Kenneth-Parrish-edit.jpg 1511w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 141px) 100vw, 141px\" \/><figcaption><em>Kenneth Parrish<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kenneth Parrish has been promoted to Director of\nProcurement. Parrish is responsible for overseeing the operations of the\nProcurement department, which is responsible for MSCAA\u2019s purchasing, bidding,\nand contract services. In addition, the department coordinates the vendor\nregistration process. Parrish joined MSCAA in 2017 as the Manager of\nProcurement. Prior to his career with the Airport Authority, Parrish\naccumulated more than 28 years of procurement experience for companies such as\nOxford Diagnostic Laboratories, Vitro America, St. Jude Children\u2019s Research\nHospital, Dial Corporation and Tupperware. He is an Airport Certified Employee\n(ACE) of AAAE. Parrish received a Bachelor of Science in Business\nAdministration-Finance from the University of Tennessee at Martin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lori-Morris-edit-818x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27874\" width=\"142\" height=\"177\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lori-Morris-edit-818x1024.jpg 818w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lori-Morris-edit-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lori-Morris-edit.jpg 1164w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 142px) 100vw, 142px\" \/><figcaption><em>Lori Morris<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Lori Morris has been promoted to the position of Director of\nTerminal Operations. She is responsible for leading MSCAA\u2019s new Terminal\nOperations department, which includes the ticketing, baggage, ground\ntransportation and parking areas. The area is also responsible for customer\nservice initiatives related to construction and other projects. Morris joined\nMSCAA in 2011 as the Manager of Environmental Services. She has more than 20\nyears of experience in environmental engineering and previously worked for both\nAutoZone Inc and EnSafe Inc. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and\nboth a Certified Member (C.M.) and an Airport Certified Employee (ACE) of AAAE.\nMorris is also the chairperson for MSCAA\u2019s Community Foundation.
