The MAC owns and\noperates Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and six reliever airports\nin the Twin Cities.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Allison-Kelly.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27748\" width=\"260\" height=\"151\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Allison-Kelly.png 456w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Allison-Kelly-300x174.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 260px) 100vw, 260px\" \/><figcaption><em> Alison Kelly, MAC labor and employee relations manager. <\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelly will manage a comprehensive labor relations program\nand will be responsible for negotiating and administering the MAC\u2019s 13\ncollective bargaining agreements. Altogether, the collective bargaining\nagreements cover 50% of the MAC\u2019s total workforce of 750.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A well-known and respected leader in the Twin Cities labor\nrelations community, Kelly most recently served as the manager of labor\nrelations for Ramsey County. In that senior management role, she built up the\nlabor relations and compensation team serving more than 4,000 county employees.\nShe was responsible for 21 labor agreements as well as human resources duties\nrelated to compensation and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMAC employees work hard to provide exceptional airport\nexperiences for our travelers and business partners,\u201d said MAC CEO Brian Ryks.\n\u201cWe understand the importance of maintaining strong and positive relationships\nwith our workforce, and Alison Kelly brings a wealth of employee relations\nexperience to our team. Her history of working on issues from both labor and\nmanagement perspectives will help us continue to meet the needs of our workers\nand our organization.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelly\u2019s experience prior to Ramsey County includes several\nyears representing union employees in a wide variety of occupations.
