The ACI WGB directs the organization through\nstrategic discussions on key subjects for airport operators that reflect the\nconcerns and interests of ACI members for the benefit of travelers and\ncommunities worldwide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. McGraw\u2019s appointment was approved at the ACI World\nAnnual General Assembly in June 2023, and her two-year term will run until\nDecember 2025. Ms. McGraw has been involved in the ACI WGB since 2018 and has\nbeen ACI World Vice Chair since January 2022, succeeding Sheik Aimen bin Al\nHosni, CEO of Oman Airports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. McGraw became CEO of CVG in July 2011 and has over 30\nyears\u2019 experience in aviation, legal affairs, and public administration. Since\njoining CVG, Ms. McGraw has focused on positioning the airport for the future\nby completing a 2035 Master Plan Study; consolidating operations into a\nrenovated terminal facility; diversifying revenues through targeted cargo, land\nand concessions improvements; finalizing modernized Use Agreements; introducing\nseveral new air carriers; and creating one of the most efficient and\nfastest-growing cargo airports in the world\u2014home to both Amazon Air\u2019s primary\nU.S. Hub and DHL Express\u2019 Global Superhub for the Americas. In 2022, CVG\nwitnessed the largest cargo volume growth (+16.8%) amongst the Top 20 busiest\nairports for total cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is active in the local community as well as the aviation\nindustry, championing issues related to gender parity, diversity, equity, and\ninclusion (DEI), leadership, and workforce development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ACI World Director General Luis Felipe de Oliveira said, \u201cWe\nare thrilled to welcome ACI World\u2019s new Chair, Ms. Candace McGraw. With the grace of Ms. McGraw&#8217;s leadership, we are poised to\nemerge triumphant, steadfast in our pursuit of success.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ACI World Chair and CEO of CVG Candace McGraw said, \u201cI am\nhonored to serve as Chair of the ACI World Governing Board.
