Allen is a strong voice for the maintenance community with broad\nindustry and operational experience that will be invaluable as we continue to\naddress workforce and supply chain challenges, SMS implementation, and safety\noversight interaction,\u201d stated NATA President and CEO Curt Castagna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOn behalf of the NATA Board of Directors and members, we\nwarmly welcome Allen. NATA is excited to add his perspective to the Board,\nwhich helps to provide a well-rounded representation of the many facets of the\ngeneral aviation community and contributes greatly to NATA&#8217;s success in\nresponding proactively to aircraft maintenance legislative and regulatory\nissues,\u201d added NATA Board Chair and COO of Sheltair Aviation Todd\nAnderson.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>McReynolds is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of\nWest Star Aviation, a premier U.S. business aviation Maintenance, Repair &amp;\nOverhaul (MRO) provider. Following the recent acquisition of Jet East, West\nStar and its 3,000 team members deliver service and repair expertise across all\nbusiness aviation product lines in over 20 locations and through a vast mobile\nrepair network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to West Star Aviation, McReynolds was a Managing\nPartner with SeaTec Consulting Inc., a leading provider of consulting,\nengineering, and digital solutions in the aerospace and defense industry. In\nthis role, McReynolds was responsible for all strategic initiatives,\nclient-facing relationships and delivery, as well as commercial and operations\nrelated activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before joining SeaTec, McReynolds served as Vice President\nof Global Aftermarket Sales for Textron Aviation, led aftermarket operations as\nthe Executive Vice President of Operations for the Hawker Beechcraft Services\nsegment, and spent a combined 10 years in the airline industry with both a tier\n1 legacy airline as well as a regional carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting as an aircraft technician, McReynolds has held\nroles spanning: Planning, Programs, Finance, Line &amp; Base Maintenance, FAA\nPart 119 DOM, and Supply Chain. McReynolds holds an MBA from Robert Morris\nUniversity and graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S.\nin Management of Technical Operations.
