Extended to only a select group of companies, this approval is recognized as one of the most advanced regulatory approvals to date and sets the stage for mass scaling of CAU and Flytrex&#8217;s delivery service, after meeting certain conditions and limitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bag_Drop_Home-edit-1-640x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27116\" width=\"240\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bag_Drop_Home-edit-1-640x1024.png 640w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bag_Drop_Home-edit-1-188x300.png 188w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Bag_Drop_Home-edit-1.png 675w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.flytrex.com\/\">Flytrex<\/a> has undergone years of rigorous testing to verify that its drone delivery service maintains the highest safety standards, and this milestone is the latest acknowledgement of those efforts. In January of this year, Flytrex operator CAU received its part 135 certification, which allowed Flytrex to expand its drone delivery service nationwide \u2013 offering food, drinks, and other goods to the more than 82 million eligible front and backyards across the U.S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe take extreme pride in our partnership with Causey\nAviation Unmanned and look forward to expanding our joint operations with this\nhighly sought-after authorization from the FAA,\u201d said Yariv Bash, CEO and\nCo-Founder of Flytrex. \u201cThis BVLOS approval not only validates the strength of\nour drone delivery service, but also sets a precedent for profitable, expanded\noperations in the industry. As the DoorDash of the sky, we are always striving\nto offer safer, more efficient, and cost-effective alternatives to traditional\ndelivery methods \u2013 BVLOS operations allow us to do just that, on a massive\nscale.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This news follows Flytrex\u2019s recent announcement of its\nAutonomous Pickup capability, which allows for a fully autonomous delivery\nprocess\u2014from order placement, to pick-up, through delivery to customers\u2019 yards.\nSince 2022, Flytrex\u2019s eligible customer base has grown exponentially, from\n40,000 eligible customers to 95,000 \u2013 a 138% increase. Flytrex\u2019s service is\noperating seven days a week, drone delivering hundreds of food orders a day to\ncustomers\u2019 yards in NC and TX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Flytrex_Drone-edit-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27117\" width=\"257\" height=\"144\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Flytrex_Drone-edit-3.jpg 600w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Flytrex_Drone-edit-3-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 257px) 100vw, 257px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis approval represents a landmark moment for the drone\nindustry.
