The Company operates two complementary\nbusiness units: Hartzell Propeller and Hartzell Engine Tech. Hartzell Propeller\nis a global leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance propeller\nsystems, components, and related accessories. Hartzell Engine Tech is a leading\ndesigner, manufacturer, and supplier of aircraft engine accessories and\nadjacent products, including turbochargers, alternators, starters, starter\nadapters, fuel pumps, magnetos, cabin heaters, exhaust systems, and engine\nmounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arcline commented, \u201cAs investors exclusively focused on\nCritical Suppliers to Critical Industries, Hartzell\u2019s portfolio of\nflight-critical propeller and engine subsystems for a large and long-lived\ninstalled base fits perfectly with Arcline\u2019s strategy.
