Located at Piedmont\nTriad International Airport, this facility supports customers in the\nmid-Atlantic region and provides quality maintenance and modification services\nfrom a dedicated team of experts. Employees marked the milestone anniversary\nwith a celebration event earlier this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"528\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Greensboro-Service-Center-edit.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26833\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Greensboro-Service-Center-edit.jpg 900w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Greensboro-Service-Center-edit-300x176.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Beechcraft, Cessna and Hawker customers receive\nfactory-direct support, maintenance and modifications by Textron Aviation Inc.,\na Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, through its global network of service and\npart centers, mobile service units and 24\/7 1CALL AOG support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDuring the past three decades, we have developed strong\nrelationships with customers in Greensboro and throughout the southeastern\nregion, and they count on our skilled team to provide factory-direct service\nand support to their aircraft,\u201d said Jeff Dowden, general manager, Textron\nAviation Greensboro Service Center. \u201cThey know they can trust us to support\nthem wherever they are.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat better place than a company service center to take\ncare of my Cessna?\u201d said Robert Fiscella, long-time Cessna Citation customer.\n\u201cThe team in Greensboro takes great interest in my aircraft and in their\nworkmanship \u2014 every time my airplane leaves the service center, it looks like\nnew.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Greensboro facility opened in 1993 as a company-owned\nCessna Citation Service Center. Over the years the facility has grown and\nexpanded its services to include scheduled maintenance, overhauls and\nmodifications, AOG support, paint, interior refurbishments, and avionics for a\nnumber of current and legacy Textron Aviation customers and products, including\nBeechcraft and Hawker aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur team is dedicated to providing superior customer\nservice and support to customers 24\/7,\u201d said Tracy Leopold, vice president,\nNorth American Service Centers. \u201cThis 30th anniversary milestone would not have\nbeen possible if not for their passion and knowledge.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Textron Aviation\u2019s support organization includes 20\ncompany-owned full-service centers located around the world with expert service\nengineers dedicated to keeping customers moving and aircraft performing at the\nhighest possible level.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Textron Aviation is celebrating the 30th anniversary of its factory-owned service center in Greensboro, North Carolina.
