Two new employees have joined the South Carolina Aeronautics\nCommission. Christopher S. Eversmann, P.E., A.A.E., will be the Airport\nDevelopment Program Manager and Ronnie L. Gannt will be a pilot with the\nCommission. Gantt starts his new position this month and Eversmann will join\nthe Commission in October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gannt has worked in the aviation industry since 1979, most\nrecently as a Boeing 737 retired Captain with Southwest Airlines. He holds a\ndegree in Electronics Engineering and has Airline Transport Pilot, Airframe and\nPower Plant certificates. Prior to Southwest, he flew as a corporate pilot for\nseveral South Carolina businesses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eversmann has been the Director of the Jim Hamilton \u2013 L.B.\nOwens Airport for the past thirteen years. Prior to being Airport Director, he\nworked at Wilbur Smith Associates and for Richland and Beaufort Counites as\nDirector of Public Works. He has a master\u2019s degree in public administration and\na civil engineering degree. Eversmann has served on the South Carolina Aviation\nAssociation\u2019s board since 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
