Chris Nocks<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Chris Nocks, PE, is leading the Western Division, overseeing\noperations throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah,\nand Wyoming. He brings to the role more than 20 years of experience servings as\na principal and engineering operations manager for Armstrong Consultants and a\nCaptain\/Civil Engineer Officer in the U.S. Air Force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kirk Evans<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Kirk Evans, PE, is leading the Central Division, with a\nfocus on Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. Kirk has more than 16 years of\nairport experience, most recently serving as Lochner’s aviation director. He\nalso holds the role of senior project manager and business development leader,\norchestrating the firm’s transition to servicing larger commercial service\nairports such as Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City and Dallas-Fort\nWorth International Airport, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Justin Pietz<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Justin Pietz is leading the National Planning Division,\nspearheading aviation planning services on a national scale. Leveraging his\nformer role as principal and planning director for Armstrong Consultants,\nJustin has more than 23 years of aviation and planning experience. As an\nFAA-licensed private pilot, he brings firsthand understanding of airport user\nneeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lochner Board Chairman and CEO Terry Ruhl emphasized the\nsignificance of the promotions, stating, “Chris, Kirk, and Justin are\nhighly respected and exceptional leaders within our organization. They will\nassume responsibility for driving strategy execution, business operations, and\ngrowth and sales for our national aviation practice, as well as furthering our\nstaff development and recruitment initiatives. I have full confidence that\ntheir leadership will be impactful for our organization and our airport clients.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lochner acquired Armstrong Consultants in December of 2022\nexpanding its geographic presence and service offering to aviation clients\nthroughout the Western U.S. In May of 2023, Lochner acquired K Friese +\nAssociates, adding additional aviation experience in Central Texas, with a focus\non work at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, one of the fastest\ngrowing airports in the country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
