The 70th Experimental Aircraft Association fly-in convention is July 24-30 at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s lineup ranges from the moon missions of Apollo\nand Artemis, flying performances in the movies, and the history of air racing.\nIn addition, EAA\u2019s 70th anniversary year will be highlighted during a July 24\nevening program. Theater in the Woods evening programs are supported by\nM&amp;M\u2019S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe evening programs at Theater in the Woods are one of\nthose \u2018only-at-Oshkosh\u2019 traditions that have brought aviation legends,\nastronauts, entertainers, and many others to AirVenture audiences for more than\n40 years,\u201d said Rick Larsen, EAA\u2019s vice president of communities and member\nprograms, who coordinates AirVenture features and attractions. \u201cThis year\u2019s\nhighlights reach across the spectrum of flight and will entertain and educate\nregardless of which evening\u2019s program people select to attend at this memorable\nvenue.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the highlights set for this year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sunday, July 23 \u2013 \u201cAn Evening with Champions\u201d\ntraditional AirVenture pre-opening program<\/li><li>Monday, July 24 \u2013 EAA\u2019s 70th anniversary, plus\n\u201cNASA \u2013 The Next Bold Step,\u201d looking at the Apollo and Artemis programs, from\nthe first steps on the moon to the next steps on the moon<\/li><li>Tuesday, July 25 \u2013 Flying for Hollywood,\nfeaturing those involved in creating those dazzling sequences on the screen<\/li><li>Wednesday, July 26 \u2013 WomenVenture night,\nfocusing on 30 years of women flying U.S. combat missions<\/li><li>Thursday, July 27 \u2013 \u201cThe Story of Devotion,\u201d\nwith background of the Korean War heroism that inspired the hit feature film\n\u201cDevotion\u201d<\/li><li>Friday, July 28 \u2013 Vietnam Remembered: 50 Years\nLater, plus more on the mission, aircraft, and people of the U.S. Air Force\nTraining Command<\/li><li>Saturday, July 29 \u2013 Air Racing<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Theater in the Woods evening programs are included with all\nAirVenture admissions.
