Lutz formerly served as a longtime operations executive for\nCES, the influential tech event produced by the Consumer Technology Association\n(CTA). In her new role, she will oversee NBAA\u2019s full roster of regional,\nnational and international industry gatherings, including NBAA\u2019s annual\nBusiness Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), business aviation\u2019s\npremier global event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lutz joined CTA in 2001 and has led as vice president of CES\noperations since 2012. In that role, she drove the strategic development of\nevent operations, infrastructure and customer experience for CES, the largest\nannual trade show in North America, and among the world\u2019s most prominent\nevents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is an advisory board member to the upcoming 90th UFI\nGlobal Congress, a committee member for the International Association of\nExhibitions and Events and a member of Women in Exhibitions Network North America\nand the American Society of Association Executives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bolen also lauded Strong\u2019s contributions to NBAA from the\ntime he joined the association in 2009 as vice president, membership marketing.\nIn that role, he developed many of NBAA\u2019s member services, member acquisition\nand retention programs and database-management solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2014, Strong was named NBAA\u2019s senior vice president,\nevents, responsible for all aspects of planning, implementation and promotion\nof NBAA-BACE, as well as the European Business Aviation Convention &\nExhibition (EBACE) and the Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition\n(ABACE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strong also led the organization and development of NBAA\nconferences, including the Schedulers & Dispatchers, Maintenance,\nInternational Operators and Leadership Conferences, as well as the\nassociation\u2019s Regional Forums. In 2018, he was profiled as a leader in the\nevent industry by Trade Show Executive Magazine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lutz will join NBAA on May 1 and transition to her new role\nthroughout the year, working with Strong on NBAA\u2019s upcoming calendar of events,\nincluding the 2023 edition of EBACE, taking place May 23-25 in Geneva,\nSwitzerland; NBAA\u2019s June 14 Regional Forum in White Plains, NY and NBAA-BACE\n2023, coming to Las Vegas, NV from Oct. 17-19.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
