The National Business Aviation Association\u2019s (NBAA\u2019s) 2023\nLeadership Conference made history in Charlotte, NC, as nearly 500 attendees\nheard from world-class speakers with timely lessons for unleashing excellence,\nin business aviation and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis leadership conference was not just our largest ever \u2013\nit had an energy unlike any before it, reflecting the industry\u2019s excitement for\naccessing new ideas and new opportunities, from pioneers and industry\nprofessionals alike,\u201d said NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen. \u201cWe expect to build\non the momentum displayed at this conference in our events throughout the\nyear.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Organized under the event\u2019s co-chairs \u2013 Business Aviation\nManagement Committee (BAMC) volunteers Dave Salvador, with Gogo Business\nAviation, and Brad Self, CAM, a chief pilot \u2013 the conference\u2019s theme was\n\u201cdynamic excellence,\u201d and it offered attendees expert-led sessions on essential\ncareer building topics such as creating confidence, boosting team morale and\nmaintaining personal excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
