During his tenure with Bombardier, Leo successfully\nestablished a unique function guiding Bombardier\u2019s overall engagement with\ncivil aviation organizations while increasing its global engagement and\nleadership on key Business Aviation portfolios \u2013 notably in air safety and\nenvironmental sustainability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A proven aviation expert and industry leader, Leo has been\nrecognized by several organizations for his nearly four decades of service.\nThey include NBAA\u2019s Order of the Silver Scarf; IBAC\u2019s Fran\u00c3\u00a7ois Chavatte Award;\nand the Canadian Business Aviation Association for his longtime leadership of\nCBAA\u2019s Quebec chapter. In 2022, London-based Corporate Jet Investor named him\none of the 20 most influential people in sustainable business aviation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A non-profit international trade association, IBAC\nrepresents business aircraft operators at ICAO, the UN-specialized agency that\nsets the global rules for international aviation. IBAC promotes safety, advocates for access\nand appropriate regulation, and advances sustainability efforts.
