He brings with him, more than 39\nyears of experience in managing airport master planning, airport engineering,\nand aviation system planning projects, as well as environmental planning\nstudies, and demand forecasting and financial feasibility analyses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most recently, Mishler served as Vice President, Aviation\nPlanning Service Group at RS&H, Inc. and prior to that he was Associate\nVice President at HNTB Corporation. \nDuring his career, he has led the development of over 50 master plans at\nairports ranging in size from small general aviation to large hub, oversaw more\nthan 25 airport planning on-call contracts, and has been involved in numerous\nengineering studies, air cargo plans, system plans, noise studies, and\nfeasibility and capacity planning projects for mid to large hub airport clients\nthroughout the country and internationally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
