Michael Hotaling, currently\nexecutive vice president, has stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer\nof C&amp;S Worldwide Holdings. John Camp, PE, has been named the new chief\noperating officer and president of C&amp;S Worldwide Holdings. Aileen Maguire\nMeyer, PE, AICP has been promoted from vice president to president of C&amp;S\nEngineers, Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Michael-Hotaling.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24493\" width=\"199\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Michael-Hotaling.jpg 304w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Michael-Hotaling-239x300.jpg 239w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 199px) 100vw, 199px\" \/><figcaption><em>Michael Hotaling<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The changes allow for continued growth and evolution of the\norganization, and an opportunity to provide new challenges for long-tenured\nteammates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hotaling has been with C&amp;S for more than 30 years and\npreviously served as executive vice president and leader of the firm\u2019s aviation\npractice. Under his leadership, the aviation practice has grown into a\nnationwide leader in planning, design, construction, noise mitigation,\nsustainability and land use and economics services. In his new role, Hotaling\nwill be responsible for managing strategic planning, leadership development,\nand operational oversight. He will continue to grow and diversify C&amp;S,\nwhile embracing the challenges and opportunities of the future. \u201cAs I begin my\nnew role as CEO, I am committed to advancing the innovation, efficiency, and\ngrowth of C&amp;S, and I am excited to uncover new ways of delivering value for\nall of our clients.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Camp is now president and chief operating officer of C&amp;S\nWorldwide Holdings. Camp has been with C&amp;S for 21 years and was previously\nresponsible for managing the firm\u2019s infrastructure and environmental work. In\nhis new role, Camp will provide oversight and coordination of C&amp;S\u2019s\nengineering, construction, and operations groups. While working closely with\nbusiness unit leaders across the country, Camp will also maintain and develop\nrelationships with clients within the Central New York area. \u201cC&amp;S\noriginated in Central New York, and we remain committed to serving the region\nwhile continuing to grow nationally\u2014creating career and growth opportunities for\nthose in the Syracuse area and throughout our network on national offices.\u201d\nCamp is a licensed professional engineer in numerous states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maguire Meyer, in her new role as president of C&amp;S\nEngineers, Inc., will be responsible for all strategic and tactical operations\nfor nine diverse business units. She previously served as vice president,\nproviding project leadership and driving implementation of corporate\ninitiatives. Maguire Meyer has been in the consulting industry for 30 years\nincluding 22 years with C&amp;S. During her tenure, she has had the opportunity\nto work in multiple C&amp;S service areas including aviation, facilities, and\ntransportation. \u201cEngineering has been foundational to our success for the last\n55 years. I\u2019m excited to further develop the business and position us for\ngrowth and success well into the future.\u201d Maguire Meyer is a licensed\nprofessional engineer in numerous states and a certified planner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John Trimble, PE, will remain Chairman of the Board and will\nremain President of C&amp;S\u2019s growing construction and operations practices\nthrough mid-2023.
