He has served as an Aviation Practice and Market leader for\nnearly two decades, the majority of that time at Arora in his previous role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nick-Ryan.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24365\" width=\"302\" height=\"208\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nick-Ryan.jpg 760w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nick-Ryan-300x207.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 302px) 100vw, 302px\" \/><figcaption><em>Nick Ryan<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In his new role, Ryan will be based in their corporate\noffice in Chadds Ford, PA and will be responsible for development efforts\nsupporting the growth of Arora\u2019s global business. He will champion internal and\nexternal initiatives focused on inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility and\nleadership development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ryan will contribute to Arora\u2019s emerging and existing\nbusiness and draw upon his decades of leadership to ensure clients are\nunderstood from the outset, thoughtfully moved to action, and satisfied with\nthe end products. He will simultaneously foster collaboration to mobilize and\ninspire internal staff to advance strategic initiatives in alignment with the\ncompany\u2019s core values and strengthen partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ryan will work alongside Adam Oliver, Chief Marketing\nOfficer, and regional and practice leads to develop new business, expand\nassociation engagement, and mentor other disadvantaged businesses as a key\nmember of the Arora Executive Leadership Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is so exciting to have Nick Ryan back home and serving\nin a key leadership role. It just feels right, and I am ready to get to work.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ryan is very active in industry associations serving on the\nexecutive board for the Airports Consultants Council, Illuminating Engineering\nSociety Aviation Lighting Committee, and the Middletown Area Chamber of\nCommerce.
