Wheels Up Experience Inc. announced a new strategic\npartnership with MAG Aerospace to further expand career opportunities for\npilots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wheels Up and MAG have joined forces to create the Pathway\nDevelopment Program. This program allows for current and former MAG military\npilots to move their employment to Wheels Up when considering a transition to\ncivilian life. The program also allows\nfor former MAG pilots who work for Wheels Up to take a leave of absence and\ntour with MAG. This provides each\norganization with a shared pipeline of highly qualified fliers and provides the\npilots with career-long development opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pilots employed by Wheels Up and MAG will have the ability\nto take a leave of absence from their current employer and temporarily take on\na new role with the partnering company. This arrangement will allow for the\npilots to have diverse job experiences and new career growth opportunities, as\nwell as the chance to modify their job responsibilities based on changes in\ntheir personal or professional goals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
