This program allows for current and former MAG military\npilots to move their employment to Wheels Up when considering a transition to\ncivilian life.&nbsp; The program also allows\nfor former MAG pilots who work for Wheels Up to take a leave of absence and\ntour with MAG.&nbsp; This provides each\norganization with a shared pipeline of highly qualified fliers and provides the\npilots with career-long development opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pilots employed by Wheels Up and MAG will have the ability\nto take a leave of absence from their current employer and temporarily take on\na new role with the partnering company.
