Fahr as Vice President, Supply Chain, effective November 1, 2022.\nBased in Oberpfaffenhofen near Munich, Maximilian will lead and manage the\nsupply chain organization of the company, working closely with strategic\npartners to ensure highest levels of quality and efficiency to accelerate the\ntransition to more sustainable flying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Maximilion-Fahr-edit.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24139\" width=\"180\" height=\"271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Maximilion-Fahr-edit.jpg 300w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Maximilion-Fahr-edit-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 180px) 100vw, 180px\" \/><figcaption><em>Maximilian Fahr<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to his appointment, Maximilian served as Director of\nSupply Chain at Deutsche Aircraft since 2020. He previously held operational\nand strategic positions at Airbus\u2019 Corporate Headquarter, in China and in South\nKorea, including sourcing for the Tianjin A320 Final Assembly Line and as\nSupplier Development Director for Airbus Group Asia Pacific and is a Form 4\nholder with Germany\u2019s Airworthiness Authority (LBA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nico Neumann, Chief Operating Officer of Deutsche Aircraft\nsays: \u201cDeutsche Aircraft has the proven product to accelerate the transition on\na realistic timeline to more sustainable flying in regional aviation and thus\nsupporting global regional development. Our partners and suppliers are an\nintegral element for our industrial set-up which will subsequently see\nserial-production aircraft assembly in Leipzig.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximilian Fahr says: \u201cIt is a pivotal moment in which we\nare building a new company, transitioning to new models and incorporating\ndisruptive technologies.
