The theme&nbsp; of&nbsp; the two day event was &quot;Davis-Monthan: Tucson Pride, Air Force Power.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;One estimate had over 100,000 people attending on Saturday to see aerial demonstrations by various aircraft including the F-18, C-17, A-10&#8217;s, the Patriots Jet Team and of course the Air Force Thunderbirds making their first appearance since 2005. &nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"115\" align=\"right\" width=\"172\" src=\"\/\\wp-content\\uploads\/IMG_0519.JPG\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;The air show is typically held every two years but used to always coincide with one at Luke Air Force Base near Phoenix.&nbsp; With the new schedule the bases won&#8217;t have to compete for top acts.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<p>\nThumbs Up! <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"95\" align=\"right\" width=\"142\" src=\"\/\\wp-content\\uploads\/IMG_0490.JPG\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\nContinuous air demonstrations <br \/>\nU-2 Flyby<br \/>\nLots to see and do<\/p>\n<p>Thumbs Down!<br \/>\n25 minute lines to the restrooms! <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"field_attachment\">\n<div><b>Attachment:<\/b><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"\/\"><\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;After a three-year hiatus, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base hosted Aerospace &amp; Arizona Days this weekend.
