The\ndocument helps connect MDOT\u2019s long-range goals and strategies for asset\nmanagement with project programming and monitoring of performance measures and\nbudget targets. Highlights of this year\u2019s 5YTP include: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>$15.8 billion in anticipated state and federally\nfunded investments, with:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>$11.8 billion in Highway Program projects focused primarily on repairing and rebuilding MDOT roads and bridges, with Gov.
