The lot will give those picking up passengers a\ncomplimentary place to park and wait. The Airport has also expanded the Shuttle\nLot in the same area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Asheville-Cell-lot-edit.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23116\" width=\"367\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Asheville-Cell-lot-edit.jpg 400w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Asheville-Cell-lot-edit-300x185.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 367px) 100vw, 367px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cell phone lots provide a location to park and wait for\narriving passengers. Drivers must remain in their vehicles in the lot, and when\ntheir passenger is at the curb ready to be picked up, the passenger calls their\nride to let them know they are on the front curb. Drivers may then proceed to\nthe curb for pick-up. Use of the Cell Phone Lot is complimentary and helps keep\ntraffic moving in front of the terminal, where curbside waiting is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current Shuttle Lot has also been expanded, adding\napproximately 70 more public parking spaces.
