The 69th edition of the Experimental Aircraft\nAssociation\u2019s fly-in convention will be held at Wittman Regional Airport in\nOshkosh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis year at Oshkosh is unique with the number of special\naerial events, ranging from military demo teams to displays from airliners and\nanniversary formations from homebuilt aircraft,\u201d said Rick Larsen, EAA\u2019s vice\npresident of communities and member programming. \u201cEvery day at AirVenture has\nfeatures during the afternoon air shows that make the week unforgettable, along\nwith the unexpected surprises that create only-at-Oshkosh moments.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among this year\u2019s scheduled aerial demonstrations are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Military participation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>U.S. Marine Corps MV-22 Osprey demo team (July\n30-31)<\/li><li>U.S. Air Force C-17 aerial demo (July 28, 30 and\n31)<\/li><li>U.S. Air Force U-2 profile (July 27)<\/li><li>U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command (July\n25)<\/li><li>U.S. Air Force Heritage Flight with F-35 and\nvintage warbirds (July 26-28, 30-31)<\/li><li>U.S. Navy Legacy Flight with E\/A-18G Growler\nand\/or F-35C plus vintage warbirds (July 27-31)<\/li><li>U.S. Navy E-2D Hawkeye demo (July 29, 31)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other aerial demonstrations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Delta Airlines A330-900 (July 26)<\/li><li>United Airlines Boeing 777 demo (July 26)<\/li><li>Flight of the Grumman \u2018Cats (July 27, 29)<\/li><li>Van\u2019s RV 50th anniversary formations (July 25)<\/li><li>Airbus Perlan II and Grob Egrett (July 26)<\/li><li>Ampaire Electric EEL and Lift Aviation Hexa\n(July 26)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional demonstrations are expected to be added as well.\nEAA AirVenture afternoon air shows begin at approximately 2:30 p.m. July 25-30\nand 1 p.m. on July 31.
