The Vice President of Human Resources and Labor\nRelations is a senior leader who oversees workforce policies, recruitment,\nstaffing, compensation, professional development, employee engagement, labor\nrelations, and diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe MAC \u2013 and its employees at all levels \u2013 are such an\nimportant part of the fabric of the Twin Cities,\u201d Megarry said. \u201cI\u2019m thrilled\nto bring my expertise to the Commission at a time when the aviation industry is\nexperiencing significant change and growth as it continues to recover from the\nCOVID-19 pandemic.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megarry has more than 20 years of public and private sector\nexperience in human resources and labor relations. She currently serves as the\nChief Labor Relations Officer for Hennepin County, where she manages the\ncounty\u2019s relationship with 17 bargaining units representing 6,500 of Hennepin\nCounty\u2019s 9,000 employees. She previously held leadership positions with Macy\u2019s\ncorporate and Marshall Field\u2019s in the areas of human resources and labor\nrelations.
