The new positions build on the company\u2019s\nestablished collaborative apprenticeship program to address long-term\nproduction and tooling requirements for the Textron Aviation&#8217;s aircraft\nprograms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The robust two-year program will run from August 2022 to\nAugust 2024 and includes factory training at Textron Aviation facilities and\nclassroom training through WSU Tech for a well-rounded learning experience. As\nTextron Aviation employees, program participants will earn a full-time salary\nand benefits, and the company will also cover related tuition and fees at WSU\nTech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The arrangement is a collaboration between Textron Aviation,\nWSU Tech and the International Association of Machinist and Aerospace Workers\n(IAMAW) to grow the skills of Textron Aviation employees and provide new opportunities\nthroughout their careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Search for apprentice opportunities on <a href=\"http:\/\/txtav.com\/careers\">txtav.com\/careers<\/a> to learn more.
