Based at High River Airport in Alberta, Canada, this\nwill be their first ALSIM device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The AL250 simulator addresses initial phase training needs\n(PPL, CPL, IR\/ME) and is SEP\/MEP re-configurable simulator certified as an EASA\nFNPT II and TC Level 2 IPC. In addition, it offers both classic and glass\ncockpit instrumentation for each flight model at the simple flick of a switch.\nThis device has been extremely well received since its creation and more than\n65 of these have already been installed and are in successful operation\nworldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The addition of the ALSIM AL250 will make a\nsignificant contribution to our students and the provision we offer, together\nwith continuing our goal of providing consistent and quality training. We have\ninvested in modern training aircraft using the Diamond DA20 and we see the\nALSIM AL250 as the frontrunning simulator to complement our fleet. The ALSIM\nwill not only support our initial training provision but will be extensively\nunderpin our IFR and multi IFR programs. The installation is set to coincide\nwith the opening of our new purpose-built facility at the High River Airport\nand we are naturally very excited.&#8221; according to Gigi Shamba, Chief Flight\nInstructor of Kanata Aviation Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr Scott Firsing of ALSIM\u2019s North America office adds: \u201cWe\nare pleased to welcome Kanata Aviation Training to the ALSIM family.
