She has extensive experience in development and\nadministration of policies and procedures, human resources information system\n(HRIS) implementations, employment law and employee benefits administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wagner earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations\nand a Bachelor of Arts in German from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, and a\nMaster of Science in Human Resource Management from Western Carolina\nUniversity. She is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) of the Society\nfor Human Resource Management and a member of the Society of Human Resource\nManagement and the Western North Carolina Human Resources Association.
