This is the 10th consecutive year Base\nOperations at Page Field has been named a top fixed-base operator by AIN. Base\nOperations ranked first in the Fort Myers\/Naples area and landed in the top 15\noverall for FBOs in the Americas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe appreciate being recognized as a top FBO for our\nattention to customer care and providing facilities that exceed the\nexpectations of our guests at Base Operations at Page Field,\u201d said Ben Siegel,\nCPA, C.M., executive director of the Lee County Port Authority.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"267\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Base-Ops-Lobby-from-Catwalk2000edit.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21624\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Base-Ops-Lobby-from-Catwalk2000edit.jpg 400w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Base-Ops-Lobby-from-Catwalk2000edit-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The FBO Survey is conducted annually and asks pilots, flight\nattendants and dispatchers to provide feedback on the level of customer care at\nindividual business and general aviation service providers throughout the U.S.,\nCanada, Mexico, South and Central America and the Caribbean. AIN conducts the\nsurvey year-round online and calculated cumulative averages from 2014 to\npresent for this year\u2019s results. The survey asked qualified subscribers to\nevaluate FBOs they visited the previous year in five categories: line service,\npassenger amenities, pilot amenities, facilities and customer service\nrepresentatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aviation International News is a monthly trade publication\nfocusing on the business aviation market and covers news, features, special\nreports and survey results. AIN is delivered in print and digital format to\nmore than 38,000 qualified readers around the world. AIN has been conducting\nsurveys and providing industry reports on service since 1981.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Lee County Port Authority operates Southwest Florida International Airport and Page Field in Fort Myers. Page Field provides services to corporate, commercial and private aviators through their business arm, Base Operations at Page Field, and accommodated more than 140,000 aircraft operations in 2021.
