{"id":21446,"date":"2022-03-22T13:53:40","date_gmt":"2022-03-22T13:53:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saj.pachecostudios.com?p=21446"},"modified":"2022-03-22T13:53:41","modified_gmt":"2022-03-22T13:53:41","slug":"nbaas-international-operators-conference-a-big-success","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/index.php\/international-news\/nbaas-international-operators-conference-a-big-success\/%20","title":{"rendered":"NBAA\u2019s International Operators Conference a Big Success"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>More than 400 industry professionals attended National\nBusiness Aviation Association\u2019s (NBAA\u2019s) International Operators Conference\n(IOC2022) in Los Angeles this week, gaining valuable insights into how the\nfuture of global business aviation is taking shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs international business aviation continues to reemerge,\nso do the potential challenges \u2013 including remaining COVID protocols, and now\nthe war in Ukraine,\u201d said Brian Koester, CAM, NBAA director of flight\noperations and regulations. \u201cNBAA and its International Operations Committee\nhave been pleased to gather the industry\u2019s best experts, to help attendees\nprepare for tomorrow\u2019s business aviation landscape, in all parts of the\nworld.\u201d&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the host of sessions focused on regional\nconsiderations and the latest COVID-19 protocols, discussions focused on\ne-plotting and paperless cockpits, the latest weather-related technologies and\nonline resources, expert guidance on risk-assessment processes, international\ncybersecurity concerns and more. A special panel of FAA representatives hosted\na session to provide guidance for international operators\u2019 specific questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Five rising leaders in the international operations arena\nwere honored with nearly $14,000 to help them excel in their business aviation\ncareers.
