View the full speaker lineup for the Leadership\nConference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur dynamic speakers helped us leverage the ways that the\nCOVID-era\u2019s challenges can translate into empowerment, excellence and being our\nauthentic selves as we all return to service,\u201d said Jo Damato, CAM, senior vice\npresident, education, training and workforce development. \u201cThe enthusiastic\nturnout for this year\u2019s event demonstrates that people want to gather to share\nlessons about leading not just through the pandemic, but beyond it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The highly successful Leadership Conference comes on the\nheels of NBAA\u2019s standout opening event for 2022, a Regional Forum held Feb. 2\nat Miami-Opa locka Executive Airport (OPF), which drew nearly 2,500 attendees\nand featured a sold-out exhibit floor, along with 16 aircraft on display, a\nslate of education sessions, a focus on the future workforce and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen said the back-to-back\nsuccesses of the Regional Forum and Leadership Conference point to similar\nresults for the association\u2019s forthcoming events. \u201cThis is an extraordinary and\nexciting time for our industry,\u201d Bolen said. \u201cThe energy and enthusiasm at the\nRegional Forum, and again this week at our Leadership Conference, has been off\nthe charts.
