In\nresponse, USI announced a key promotion within its organization and the addition\nof several new positions within their growing organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Josh_Olds_USIedit-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20803\" width=\"280\" height=\"211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Josh_Olds_USIedit-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Josh_Olds_USIedit-1-300x226.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 280px) 100vw, 280px\" \/><figcaption><em>Josh Olds<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Josh Olds, a co-founder of USI has added the role of Chief\nExecutive Officer (CEO) in addition to his responsibilities as President. Josh\nhas led the company\u2019s growth in both the academic and commercial markets since\n2018. As CEO Josh assumes the lead role in establishing and overseeing both the\nstrategic and tactical aspects of the business. His current focus is to\ncontinue the growth of USI\u2019s traditional business while introducing new products\nand services. USI is actively pursuing business opportunities within and\noutside of the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Kody-USI.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20805\" width=\"200\" height=\"208\"\/><figcaption><em>Kodey Bogart<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kodey Bogart has joined USI as its Director of Safety\nPrograms. Kodey holds her undergraduate degree from both Embry-Riddle\nAeronautical University as well as a Master of Science in Aviation Safety from\nthe Florida Institute of Technology. Kodey, a former U.S. Army Warrant Officer\nand Aviator, flew the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter in medical evacuation missions\nas part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She was also an Aeromedical Evacuation\npilot for the Florida National Guard and has worked as a pilot, instructor\npilot and chief pilot in various commercial and law enforcement positions. She\nholds her Rotor Wing ATP certification from the FAA, FAA Part 107 certificate\nand has attained her Certified International Safety Manager (CISM) certificate\nfrom the International Society of Safety Professionals. Kodey will be working\ndirectly with USI clients to develop comprehensive operations and safety\nmanagement systems. Stephanie graduated from Indiana\nWesleyan University and has 15 years\u2019 experience in various marketing roles\nincluding leadership positions within the athletic, healthcare and aviation\nindustries. She is skilled in all aspects of business marketing and strategy\nand holds numerous certifications in digital marketing specialties. Stephanie\nwill oversee the development and execution of USI\u2019s marketing and\ncommunications plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Andrew-Gorny-USI.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20804\" width=\"179\" height=\"178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Andrew-Gorny-USI.jpg 292w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Andrew-Gorny-USI-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Andrew-Gorny-USI-60x60.jpg 60w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 179px) 100vw, 179px\" \/><figcaption><em>Andrew Gorny<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Andrew Gorny joins USI as the UAS Maintenance Manager and\nInstructor Pilot. In addition to teaching USI coursework and flight\ninstructing, he will oversee fleet maintenance of USI\u2019s Unmanned Aircraft\nSystems. Andrew brings with him a B.S. Degree in Aeronautics from Liberty\nUniversity, FAA Instrument Rating and Part 107 Certifications and over 600\nhours of manned and unmanned flight time. Andrew was previously responsible for\nthe training of flight crew personnel for deployed complex operations of UAS as\nwell as shipboard operations with the U.S. Navy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Carlee-Meador-USI.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20807\" width=\"167\" height=\"173\"\/><figcaption><em>Carlee Meador<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Carlee Meador has accepted the newly created position of\nQuality Assurance Manager for USI. In this capacity she strives to assure that\nUSI products and services, including both academic and commercial offerings,\nare being delivered effectively, efficiently and with a high degree of customer\nsuccess and satisfaction. She also provides logistical support for all USI\ntraining programs, contract management, product delivery, client relationships\nand USI product sales. Carlee earned a degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical\nUniversity in Aerospace and Occupational Safety.
