VINCI Airports will therefore now\nmanage and operate the airport for 15 years, bringing its network of French\nairports up to 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VINCI Airports will support business aviation and leisure\ntravel through a \u20ac10 million investment plan co-funded with the Haute-Savoie\ndepartment, enabling Annecy Mont-Blanc to renovate its runway, improve the\nquality of service for passengers and crews through the redevelopment of the\nbusiness terminal, and step up the airport\u2019s environmental transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Annecy Mont-Blanc airport is taking various measures to\nsignificantly decrease its CO2 emissions with the aim of reaching net zero\nemissions by 2030 at the latest, such as the thermal renovation of the airport\nterminal, development of a photovoltaic plant, replacement of all lighting with\nLED bulbs, shift to electric runway vehicles, installation of electric vehicle\ncharging stations and support for light electric aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Annecy Mont-Blanc airport will also now harness VINCI\nAirports\u2019 expertise in business aviation, for example through the establishment\nof the \u201cVINCI Airports Executive Handling\u201d label, which guarantees high quality\nof service. The airport will also benefit from the complementary nature of the\nother destinations managed by the Group in the Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes region:\nLyon-Saint\nExup\u00e9ry, Lyon Bron, Chamb\u00e9ry Savoie Mont Blanc, Grenoble Alpes Is\u00c3\u00a8re and\nClermont Ferrand Auvergne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airport will be managed by Aur\u00e9lien Donche, while the\nairport management company Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019Exploitation de l\u2019A\u00e9roport d\u2019Annecy\nMont-Blanc is headed by Sabine Granger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicolas Notebaert, Chief Executive Officer of VINCI\nConcessions and Chairman of VINCI Airports, said, \u201cAnnecy Mont-Blanc airport\nspecializes in both business aviation and leisure travel and plays a key role\nin boosting the appeal of the north Alpine region.
