Wheels Up Experience Inc. announced the appointment of\nStevens J. Sainte-Rose as Chief People Officer. In this role, Sainte-Rose will\nlead all aspects of human resources and culture at Wheels Up including\norganizational design, talent acquisition, development and retention, as well\nas diversity and inclusion functions. Sainte-Rose will report directly to\nWheels Up Chairman and CEO, Kenny Dichter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a seasoned HR veteran, Sainte-Rose has expertise across a\ndiverse range of industries including fast moving consumer goods, retail,\nhospitality, food service, manufacturing & production, and managed\nservices.  Stevens previously served as\nSenior Vice President of HR at The Coca-Cola Company International, as Chief\nHuman Resources Officer at U.S. Walgreens, Chief HR and Transformation Officer\nat Dawn Foods Global and most recently Chief HR Officer at Parallel Inc.  He holds a master\u2019s degree from the\nUniversity of Pennsylvania in Organizational Dynamics and an undergraduate\ndegree from Cornell University in Industrial & Labor Relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the appointment of Sainte-Rose, Wheels Up recently\nexpanded the roles of two members of the Executive Leadership Team: President,\nVinayak Hegde, and Chief Marketing Officer, Lee Applbaum.  Hegde will now have integrated ownership and\naccountability for both the demand generation and supply side of the Wheels Up\nmarketplace, which includes all sales functions, member services, account\nmanagement, technology, product, operations and supply.  This seamless connection of supply and\ndemand, and holistic ownership of the functions is a critical step in the\ndelivery of a transformative private aviation marketplace.  Additionally, the offices of the Chief\nExperience Officer and Chief Marketing Officer have been combined under\nApplbaum to provide integrated ownership of the customer experience funnel from\nacquisition through loyalty, including a continued focus on building the iconic\nWheels Up brand.  Both Hegde and Applbaum\nwill continue to report to Dichter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
