During November, a record-breaking 986,908 passengers\ntraveled through Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers. This\nwas an increase of 97 percent compared to November 2020 and 13 percent more\nthan the passenger traffic in November 2019. Year-to-date, passenger traffic is\nup 73 percent compared to last year. This is the seventh consecutive month that\nRSW has reported record-breaking passenger traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The traffic leader in November was Southwest with 198,737\ntotal passengers. Rounding out the top five airlines were Delta (166,206),\nAmerican (154,068), United (147,482) and Spirit (100,597).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Southwest Florida International Airport had 9,219 aircraft\noperations; an increase of 30 percent compared to November 2020. Page Field saw\n12,793 operations, a 33 percent increase compared to November 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Southwest Florida International Airport served nearly 6\nmillion passengers in 2020 and is one of the top 50 U.S. airports for passenger\ntraffic.
