At Textron\nhe was awarded multiple president&#8217;s club awards for sales excellence, and he\nwas named salesperson of the year. In addition, he has been a sales director\nfor a fractional aircraft sales company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ef\u00bb\u00bf\u201cMente Group is pleased to have Jay Bushouse on our team,\nheading our Midwest business activities,\u201d said Brian Proctor, Mente Group\nPresident and CEO. \u201cHis roots in the Midwest, transaction experience and\ncustomer focus will certainly benefit our clientele in buying and selling\nbusiness aircraft.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bushouse is experienced as a flight instructor and airline\ntransport rated pilot, with more than 4,500 flight hours. During his career, he\nhas been involved in aircraft demonstration and sales management, and performed\nas a charter captain, corporate transportation captain, banner tow pilot, and\nin fractional aircraft sales and management. He holds a type rating in the\nCessna Citation 525 series. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ef\u00bb\u00bfPrior to his business aviation focus, Bushouse was sales\nand marketing, revenue management and planning director for a portfolio of\ncommercial real estate and hotel properties in the Chicago area.
