She is a welcome addition to our team and a\ngreat asset for WAI\u2019s strategic goal to increase the support of our\norganization\u2019s programs with key stakeholders,\u201d Allison McKay, WAI CEO says. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephanie will draw on her vast experience in leading\nnonprofits with a special focus on aviation. At AOPA, she developed its\nsuccessful AOPA High School Aviation Program; at ERAU, she was involved in the\nuniversity\u2019s first Women\u2019s Initiative to help support female students, and at\nAirServ International, Stephanie supported humanitarian aid flights on the\nAfrican continent. Stephanie, WAI 52071, has her private pilot certificate, and\nlives in Northern Virginia where she is involved with a number of conservation\nand historic preservation groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHaving the opportunity to share my love of aviation with\nother women is the thrill of a lifetime.
