Aviation Management Consulting Group (AMCG) has announced\nthe formation of the AMCG Foundation. The AMCG Foundation has been created as a\nnon-profit organization geared to promote and provide opportunities and\nresources to individuals wishing to further their career and interest in the\naviation industry through various mediums including providing avenues to\nfinancial assistance. Within the Foundation, the Future of Aviation Initiative\nwas created to encourage interest in aviation and to provide one comprehensive\nresource to identify and provide access to the scholarships available within\nthe industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The goal of the Future of Aviation Initiative is to have the\nmost comprehensive industry career resource and create a \u201cone stop shop\u201d to\nfinding scholarships, not only for students but also for professionals\nfurthering their career, and eventually internship and grant opportunities.\nFuture development also includes a platform to allow applicants to login and\ncreate a profile to aid in the application process and allow Sponsors of\nscholarships to manage and update their scholarships as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
AMCG is proud to have donated over $50,000 towards the\ndevelopment of the Foundation, the Future of Aviation Initiative, and the\nassociated database and website. In addition, AMCG will be donating to the AMCG\nFoundation to provide funding for future scholarships. Jeff Kohlman, AMCG\u2019s\nManaging Principal says, \u201cThe company is excited to be able to offer this\nopportunity to students and professionals.
