In this role, Collins will oversee the Air Safety Institute\u2019s In-Person Flight Instructor Refresher Courses, Online eFIRC, and In-Person Safety Seminars.  Additionally, he will represent ASI at industry and government meetings.<\/p>\n<p>Collins has a bachelor\u2019s degree in Aviation Management and Flight Operations from the University of Dubuque and 20 years of experience in the aviation field.  John has a commercial pilot certificate, airplane single and multiengine land, with an instrument rating.
