Cleanhill Partners, a private equity firm pursuing\ninvestments in the energy transition sector that contribute to decarbonization,\nannounced a partnership with CleanJoule LLC, the world\u2019s leading producer of\nfull-performance sustainable aviation fuels (SAF). The deal provides CleanJoule\nwith the financial, strategic and operational resources to accelerate the\ncommercialization of its technology \u2013 advancing meaningful efforts to slow\nclimate change and addressing energy shortages predicted to disrupt the\naviation industry within the next 30 years. The investment comes on the heels\nof Cleanhill\u2019s partnership with KORE Power, Inc., the leading U.S.-based\ndeveloper of battery cell technology for the energy storage and electric\ntransportation industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Validated by the U.S. Department of\nDefense and U.S. Department of Energy, CleanJoule\u2019s proprietary production\nprocess converts biomass into a superior SAF molecule along with a bio-derived\nrubber co-product, yielding the only carbon negative, zero-petroleum, full\nperformance and 100 percent drop-in SAF that can be used in a variety of\ncommercial aviation engines without modification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
