The deal provides CleanJoule\nwith the financial, strategic and operational resources to accelerate the\ncommercialization of its technology \u2013 advancing meaningful efforts to slow\nclimate change and addressing energy shortages predicted to disrupt the\naviation industry within the next 30 years.
