\u201cAs Thanksgiving approaches, Americans can be thankful that\nCongress has finally given its approval to a historic investment in our\nnational infrastructure,\u201d said Greg Pecoraro, NASAO President and CEO. \u201cIn\nfinally passing the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Congress takes\nlong-overdue action to repair and rebuild our nation\u2019s crumbling and often\nantiquated infrastructure. It also allows state and local governments to\nadvance the work of building the transportation system of the future. This is\nespecially true for aviation, where renovated airports and emerging\naeronautical technologies will soon enable easier and more convenient access to\nthe nation\u2019s airways, enabling people, goods, and services to move quickly\naround the country and across the globe, improving safety, creating new jobs,\nand protecting the environment,\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
