Both will serve in those positions for a year. Monacell replaces\noutgoing chairman Joe Carfagna, Jr., president and CEO of Leading Edge, who\nbecomes Chairman Emeritus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/David-Monacell-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19877\" width=\"166\" height=\"221\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/David-Monacell-2.jpg 480w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/David-Monacell-2-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 166px) 100vw, 166px\" \/><figcaption><em>David Monacell<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe IADA Board of Directors is delighted that David\nMonacell and Zipporah Marmor have accepted these important leadership positions\nfor the upcoming year,\u201d said IADA Executive Director Wayne Starling. \u201cAnd I am\npersonally honored that they and the other board members have agreed to their\nadded responsibilities to guide the organization going forward,\u201d he added<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chairman Monacell is partner in CFSJets, business aircraft\nbroker located in Charlotte, North Carolina with locations trough the South. He\nhas over 20 years of private aviation sales experience and he has been a\npartner in CFSJets since 2013. Throughout his career, he has held senior sales\npositions with both manufacturers and dealers, representing multiple new\nproduct lines<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Zipporah-Marmor.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19878\" width=\"161\" height=\"216\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Zipporah-Marmor.jpg 480w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Zipporah-Marmor-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 161px) 100vw, 161px\" \/><figcaption><em>Zipporah Marmor<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vice-Chair Marmor is Vice President, Aircraft Transactions\nat ACASS, headquartered in Montreal, Canada with representatives in Europe,\nAsia, India, and the Mideast\/Africa. Marmor, too, has more than 20 years of\nglobal business aviation experience spanning sales, management, &amp; marketing.\nShe is part of the ACASS\u2019 international sales team and has helped drive the\ncompany\u2019s global expansion and continued growth in vital capacities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rounding out the IADA officers are Board Secretary Toby\nSmith, Vice President of JB&amp;A Aviation, and Treasurer Phil Winters, Vice\nPresident &#8211; Aircraft Sales &amp; Charter Management for Western Aircraft.
