All\nNorth Carolina students born between Jan. 1, 2004, and Dec. 31, 2015 are\nwelcome to submit their entries now through Jan. 10. The entries will be judged\nin one of three age groups: junior (ages 6-9), intermediate (ages 10-13) and\nsenior (ages 14-17). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every entry in each age group will have a chance to compete\nfor one of three prizes to be awarded to the student and his or her school. The\ntop 10 art pieces in each age group will be displayed at the North Carolina\nMuseum of Art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The top three in each group will be advanced to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncdot.gov\/news\/press-releases\/Pages\/2021\/2021-03-30-art-contest-national-winners.aspx\">national competition<\/a>, which will be hosted by the National Association of State Aviation Officials in Washington D.C.
