He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers,\nand the Oklahoma Airport Operators Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His 38 years of related work experience includes office\nmanagement, staff management, regional financial oversight, business\ndevelopment, client negotiation, project management, engineering design,\nbidding services, construction administration, construction observation, grant\nadministration, master planning, and capital improvement plans. His airport\nexperience spans civil, military, commercial, and general aviation airports as\nwell as other civil infrastructure projects including highways, streets,\ndrainage, water lines, sewer lines, and water resources projects.
