The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) has unveiled\nthe 2021 Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40, which recognizes rising leaders who\nare driving innovation within the industry. Among those selected this year is Christina\nWilson, Aviation Development Program Manager with the Louisiana Department of\nTransportation & Development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are very proud of Tina and what she has accomplished\nhere at DOTD in a relatively short period of time,\u201d said Brad Brandt, Director\nof Aviation in the Office of Multimodal Commerce with the Louisiana Department\nof Transportation & Development. \u201cTina is a consummate leader. Her vision\nand performance bring the DOTD aviation office and airport construction program\ntogether to sustain the integrity of aviation safety and economic feasibility\nfor the state of Louisiana.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wilson said she was honored to be included amongst this year\u2019s\ngroup of talented and influential professionals. \u201cThroughout my career in\naviation, I have been blessed with incredible mentors and the opportunity to\ncollaborate with bright colleagues who are passionate about supporting and\ngrowing safe flight,\u201d said Wilson. \u201cAt Louisiana DOTD, our Aviation Division is\ndedicated and proud to serve our airport system, working each day to improve\nthe safety and effectiveness of aircraft operations throughout the state. I am\nproud of the positive relationships built in our state and the hard work put in\nby the entire team every day.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s fourth annual Top 40 Under 40 list was selected\nby NBAA\u2019s Young Professionals (YoPro) Council, a group of business aviation\nprofessionals and NBAA staff liaisons working to build relationships between\nthe industry\u2019s emerging leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are honored to recognize this group of innovators who\nare helping shape the industry\u2019s future,\u201d said NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
