The new company name follows the reestablishment of the company as\nan Aircraft Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/328-Deutch.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19650\" width=\"284\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/328-Deutch.jpg 482w, https:\/\/stateaviationjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/328-Deutch-300x190.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 284px) 100vw, 284px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Following a decades-long track record of success as 328SSG,\nDeutsche Aircraft is poised to support the future of aviation with development\nof the D328eco\u2122 aircraft, a fast, modern, high-flying, 40-seat hybrid green\ntech turboprop that is SAF compatible and features a new integrated Companion\u2122\nflight deck (based on Garmin 5000 avionics suite). The D328eco is expected to\nenter into service by end of 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Headquartered in Oberpfaffenhofen, near Munich, Deutsche\nAircraft will continue to provide maintenance and technical support to the\nglobal D328 fleet in service. Deutsche Aircraft also has plans to grow its\nengineering, operations, programs and supply chain teams to support the D328eco\nprogram development. The first prototypes of the D328eco will be built in\nOberpfaffenhofen with the flight-testing campaign scheduled to start in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new and state-of-the-art Final Assembly Line (FAL) in\nLeipzig is on target to be operational by the end of 2024. Restarting\nproduction in Germany allows the company to capitalize on the growing and\nimmediate demand for aircraft of this size with a proven and internationally\nrecognized platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is a very exciting time in aviation and at Deutsche\nAircraft.
