Whether you\u2019re a recreational flyer, remote pilot, public safety official\nor business, it\u2019s probably that you have a positive drone story, best practice,\nor safety information to share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s how you can participate<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Host or participate in a virtual or in-person event (please follow all local health guidelines when planning your event). And please tell us about it &#8211; we encourage you to share your events with the entire community using the Unmanned Safety Team\u2019s National Drone Safety Week Voluntary <a href=\"https:\/\/unmannedaircraftsafetyteam.org\/safetyweek\/\">Tracking Tool<\/a><\/li><li>Follow and share social media updates from @FAADroneZone and @UAST<\/li><li>Post your own cool social content and use #DroneWeek<\/li><li>Participate in one of our many fun activities like our <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/faa\/give-us-your-best-shot-862801e11fb9\">photo showcase<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faa.gov\/uas\/resources\/events_calendar\/drone_safety_awareness\/drone_at_home\/\">Drone@Home<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to faa.gov\/go\/droneweek or\nwww.dronesafetyawarenessweek.com for more details. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You are invited to join the FAA and the drone community for the third annual National Drone Safety Awareness Week, September 13-19.
