As a pilot and businessman,\nDuncan had many relationships with aviators who used their aircraft for\nbusiness purposes. He saw the natural alignment of fast business and quick\ntravel and he positioned his company to help others successfully meet their\ngoals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, 65 years years later, Duncan Aviation is a full-service\nbusiness aviation service provider with 2,300 team members, three full-service\nMRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) facilities, and dozens of Satellite\nlocations and AOG launch offices positioned throughout the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThroughout our 65 years, it has been our talented team\nmembers who have guided the company along its journey and helped to build our\nunique work culture, loyal customer following and excellent brand reputation,\u201d\nsays Todd Duncan, chairman of Duncan Aviation and grandson of Donald Duncan.\n\u201cWe hope they are as proud of this accomplishment as our family is.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company couldn\u2019t have grown into its current role in\nbusiness aviation without significant investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are dedicated to this industry, our customers, our team\nmembers, and the communities in which we are located,\u201d says Jeff Lake,\nPresident of Duncan Aviation. \u201cEvery decision we make is with them and the\nfuture in mind.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the last 25 years, Duncan Aviation has invested more\nthan $313 million in its facilities, tooling and new capabilities. In addition,\nthe company has spent more than $68 million in training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company will officially celebrate its longevity\nsupporting business aviation from its Founder\u2019s Day through the end of the\nyear. Duncan Aviation\u2019s Founder\u2019s Day is celebrated August 22, the birthday of\nboth founder Donald Duncan and coincidentally of his grandson and current\nchairman Todd Duncan.
