AVIATE- Acknowledge,\nVocalize, Inclusion, Act, Travel, Evolve \u2013 are the foundational themes Waiz\nuses to shape her conversations with some of the most leading women in aviation\nand aerospace, across various media outlets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Launching the platform with a podcast, AVIATE with Shaesta\nbrings some of the most interesting women together- trailblazers,\nrecord-setter, adventurers, entrepreneurs, mothers &#8211; to have unguarded\nconversations about what it means to be a woman, especially in aviation. Season\none of the podcasts will debut non-exclusively across all podcast platforms on\nJuly 30, 2021. An exclusive bonus episode is being released today with Dr. Sima\nSamar, human rights activist, and former Minister of Women\u2019s Affairs of\nAfghanistan, to discuss what the US military exit will mean for the women of\nAfghanistan. Waiz is at 2021 EAA AirVenture Oshkosh this week to promote the\nplatform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBy sharing the moments that challenge, test, empower, and\npropel us along our careers, we can better define what it means to be a woman in\naviation,\u201d Shaesta said. \u201cIt is time for us to get together and surface some of\nthe long-standing challenges women face in our beloved industry.
