The\nproposed goal of 4.1 percent was determined following federal guidelines (49\nCFR 26.45).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A public meeting via teleconference has been set for June\n24 at 9 a.m. to discuss the proposed goal for the Iowa DOT to comply with the\nfederal DBE Annual Goal setting process.
