Don Young (R-AK) and Rep. Angie Craig (D-2-MN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transportation has proven to be one of the country\u2019s most\nessential assets, ensuring that medical supply lines remained open during the\nbattle against COVID-19 and giving U.S. businesses a critical boost as they get\nback to full operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Industries vital to this effort, such as the general\naviation, trucking and maritime sectors, have voiced a need for\nforward-thinking efforts to build the transportation workforce of the future.\nH.R. 3310 recognizes these industries\u2019 importance by authorizing the Department\nof Transportation to develop a series of targeted broadcast, digital and print\npublic service announcements to attract a new, diverse and inclusive generation\nof transportation workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOn behalf of NBAA and the broader transportation community,\nwe\u2019re grateful to Chairman Larsen and Reps.
