Ms. Fox has served in a number of financial leadership\npositions in a range of international aerospace manufacturing companies\nthroughout her career. These include four organizations with global reach:\nTriumph Group, Inc., Raytheon Technologies, Northrop Grumman and The Boeing\nCompany. During more than 25 years in the industry, she has demonstrated a\ntrack record of leadership and success in strategic planning, including\ndevelopment of strategy, policy and processes; financial planning and accounting;\nproposal development, including commercial, military, domestic and\ninternational contracts; communications and compliance reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Fox joins Gamma Aerospace after having served as\nPresident of DJ Fox & Associates, where she consulted with clients and\nsupported development of proposals including a multi-million-dollar Omega\ncompetitive project and sole source price proposals, as well as pricing\nactivities, federal government accounting and compliance activities. Prior to\nestablishing her own firm, she served as Corporate Controller for GKN\nAerostructures North America, which provides composites and metals services\nfrom 10 locations across the U.S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ms. Fox also served as Senior Finance Director and\nController of Triumph Aerostructures, Vought Commercial Division, where she was\nresponsible for directing all international financial activities of the\norganization and providing strategic financial leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At Raytheon, Ms. Fox served in several positions with\nincreasing responsibility, including Interim Senior Finance Director, SAS ISRS;\nSenior Finance Manager, Space and Airborne Systems Intelligence, Surveillance\nand Reconnaissance Systems Financial Planning and Analysis; and Senior Finance\nManager, NCS Combat Systems. During this time, she led teams of financial\nanalysts and managers who supported specialized programs and financial\nreporting requirements and led professional development of finance staff\nmembers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Earlier in her career, she held several financial positions\nat Northrop Grumman, including Senior Business Manager, Centers for Disease\nControl and Prevention; Senior Program Manager; Operations Manager\/Deputy\nDepartment Manager; and Proposals Business Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ms. Fox began her career at The Boeing Company when it was\nknown as McDonnell Douglas. There, she served in several roles of increasing\nresponsibility, including Strategic Analyst, Indirect Cost Management; Senior\nFinance Manager\/Assistant Controller; Cost Policy Manager, Boeing Aircraft and\nMissiles Group; and Business Planning Analyst, Boeing Aircraft and Missiles.\nDuring her tenure, she earned four company commendations for leadership and\ndistinction in performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
